Half-day Trips allow guests the opportunity to drive their own dog team 10 miles on our scenic trails. This trip is great for families or large groups. Half Day Trips begin at either 9 am OR 1 pm.  The time frame of your tour includes sled driving instruction, the opportunity to help hook up and un-hook the dogs and a stop along the trail for photos.

Weekday Trips (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)

Drive your Own Sled $290 per person

One Driver/One Rider $530 for two people (with the option to switch positions at the halfway point)

Two Riders: $480 for two people (each person must weigh less than 210 lbs. in order for two riders to fit in the sled)

Children ages 4-10: $95 (ages 3 and under are free)​

Weekend/Holiday Trips (Holiday rates are also effective December 20, 2025-January 3, 2026) 

Drive your Own Sled $310 per person

One Driver/One Rider $570 for two people (with the option to switch positions at the halfway point)

Two Riders: $520 for two people (each person must weigh less than 210 lbs. in order for two riders to fit in the sled)

We do not post an availability calendar for our trips, so please email, text or call for availability and reservations.​ Custom trips are available, please contact us for details. 

 

Cancellation Policy: We require three weeks advance notice for a full refund of your deposit.  If the cancellation is made within less than three weeks of the trip date AND if we can fill the spot with another guest, we will issue a trip refund less a $50 cancellation fee per reservation. If the cancellation is within 48 hours or less of the trip date, NO REFUND will be issued.  If Nature's Kennel has to cancel due to a lack of snow then a full refund will be issued.
