Nature’s Kennel is located on a total of 50 wooded acres on a plowed road.  It includes a large, well organized dog yard, several large pens, residence/guest staging area, staff/guide cabin, several small outbuildings, well, septic, solar panels and generator.  There is deeded access to state land and an existing trail system that is ideal for business operation and dog training.  The property used for overnight dog sledding trips, “Musher’s Village”, is located on an additional 15 acres, also on a plowed road, and is included in the sale.  All the equipment needed to run sled dog tours is included (see list below).  Nature’s Kennel currently operates with approximately 160 Alaskan Huskies. These dogs are the backbone of the business and are well bred, cared for, socialized and loved.
